Great Monday Morning

Yesterday I started hearing a thud, thud, thud from the back tire.

Started Monday at the tire doctor and left with 4 new Michelin Pilot Super Sports and $1,000 bill

Funny, tire wasn't even losing air and felt more like a bolt or something in tire than near catastrophic de-lamination...

The Super Sports are awesome! What grip they have.

Ps, show the car!

I have the Pilot Preceeda on my MX5 - look similar to the Super Sports. They were certainly the same price in A$.
I find them a bit 'tram-trackey' at lower speeds but good grip when under load.

Ouch. How much were the value stems?
Hate all the extra charges that spike the bill especially waiting for the service. The last time I stuck it out and didn't get a ride I almost puked listening to the salesman scaring old ladies into buying everything in sight .....
