New kinda part no. on the bracelet...

Well guys,

Some of you may have observed that your new Rollies will have a small part number above the usual bracelet part number on the inner side of the clasp. Upto now, the no. started with the letters CL on the newer models and AD on the older ones.

My new Sub has something different...MA3 is the new lettering. Still trying to figure out what the hell these numbers represent.

Hey, Phil. Our watches are better than JJ's, we got the first and second editions. Rolex held the leftover stuff for their last batch that they sent to that gray market place in NZ. Then they tried to make it up to them by handing out some cheesy calenders.

I think I knew that, Padi, but you know I'm always looking for some excuse or the other to post pictures.

Hmmmm....not much or a regular pattern here, but MA does seem to be latest 2-letter marking on the newer models.

CL6 on my early F serial SD.

Ahhhh my SD, havent worn it in over a month, been saving her for her 1 year anniversary. I must say that I love the Ex, the DJ and the GMT2 but there is just something about the SD. In a few hours she will be on my wrist oh yes she will.
