Lots of Rolex at work

Yesterday I was queued up with 2 other guys by the fax machine and noticed one wearing an old pepsi GMT. We got to talking, and the third guy showed us his sub.

I've also seen a Platty and a Bluesy there, as well as a 2 ExpyII's.

You never know, they could be fellow TRFers. Did he refer to it as Subby?

The big boss at work wears a bluesy, and was quite tickled when I referred to it as such. Obviously, not a TRFer

Watches I have spotted at work:

A DJ 16200, white dial, Roman indices. Worn on a female wrist.

A DJ 116200, silver dial, diamond indices. Also worn by a female.

A Sub 5513.

I work with this woman who has four Rolexs and changes them out on a regular basis. Three mid-sizes and one Ladies DJ. Her husband is a jerk, but what can I do. Hey, wait a minute. That women is my wife; so forget about the husband comment.

There are no less than 4 different Rolex wearers where I work. I have the dubious honor of being the first. My passion proved to be infectious I guess.

Im an automobile dealer (wholesale only) and its kinda part of the carguy uniform to wear a rolex. Although most guys arent really into watches its just a status symbol. T/t subs plat y/m daytonas and dj are the popular ones. The guys that own the big new car stores usually go for the dd of course. Me im a dj guy tt or ss i love them all
