Ashford.com - help me with my math
I purchased a Breitling at Ashford.com on 12/20/2014.
The price was $3710.70 BUT I had a coupon for $250, so I ended up paying $3460.70. On 12/24, they dropped the price to $3048.40, the difference being $412.30, right? So I called Ashford and they said they had a price match guarantee and they would refund me the difference of $412.30. Awesome! But they didn't do that. Instead they refunded $162.30. So I called again today and they said they subtracted the $250 from the refund. WTF??? Is my math that bad? $3460.70 - $3048.40 = $412.30, right? Am I missing something here? |

Ashford.com - help me with my math
Have they said that your coupon that you used on the original purpose is not valid on the $3048.40 price? That seems to be what they are trying to do. But yes. $3400-$3000 is $400. Your math is sound.
It's kind of like trying to return one piece of the buy one get 7 free at Jos A Bank. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

ashford definitely made u scapegoat. Dear Mark i have a free advice. You could have find the watch you liked on TRF with better deal rather than visiting bobs/ashford/joma..etc they had to hike the price in order to maintain their business which you are the looser finally.

I was just hoping they would honor their low price guarantee as they told me they would. It was still a great price, but $412 is $412.
