I dropped one my Dupont in our kitchen at home on the brick floor. it would not stay open. I mailed it to their USA distributor and it came back fixed with no charge. Very well done.

That's really very nice to hear when a manufacturer stands behind their product(s) and fixes an item free of charge even when it is due to an accident by the consumer!!!
