It's expensive because it is out of print. It's a great resource, but not worth the hundreds that people are asking on Amazon.

Get it used if you can -- I bought mine brand new for $30 shipped,
about 7yrs ago ... It is a great book indeed --- lots of history and tons of reference info -- You will not regret it ---- it is like a dictionary --- you buy one and keep for life. |
