Bezel interchangeable between 1675 & 16750?

Hi all,

I am offered a NOS bezel complete set for 16750 which I am keen to consider buying to fit on my 1675.

Before I pull the trigger, can anyone advise whether a 16750 bezel can be fitted on a 1675?

For the bezel insert I understand it is possible to swap between the 2 models but not sure the bezel, retaining rings and spring are identical.
