Patek, FP Journe. Two amazing brands in my humble opinion.

I put ALS as my favorite, followed by Patek, AP, JLC, then Rolex.

Hard to say...I really like my Rolex's but I recently acquired a Reverso and am coming to appreciate Jaeger LeCoultre's watchmaking skills. Their technical abilities along with some of their beautiful and unique designs are really terrific. And of course, I've always liked my Planet Ocean, so Omega gets a nod, as well.
This is like picking your favorite rock n roll band, so many of them have such great songs and music, impossible to pick one, or two or even three.

1. Vacheron Constantin ( I like their history and their connection to art instead of sportsstars)
2. A. Lange & Söhne ( Quality and more quality)
3. Jaeger LeCoultre ( The watchmakers watchmaker)
4. Glashütte Original ( A lot of quality for the money)

(Rolex is boring, even if I've had my share of them.
Patek is overrated and heavily overprized)

Currently:

Rolex
AP
Omega
and I like IWC (except their retail prices)

Though since becoming a member of this forum a year ago, I am very Patek curious

Omega
Dornbluth (because I own one)

Love a lot of other brands, too, some I can afford but do not own,and others I simply cannot swing at this point.
