I don't think I've had a better customer service experience...AP Customer service is dialed in...

Was quoted 4-6 weeks - had it back under 3! It was too easy!

I can at least on this particular case, the AP bezel is flat and brushed, your Rolex bezel is fluted and shiny, so scratches are not so disturbing as they are on the AP, but still prefer the AP
