Peter, as a relative newcomer I hope I'm not speaking out of turn, but it seems to me that people like you are the foundations upon which the TRF citadel is built.
I have a 101 yo Mum who has not been very well lately and we have agreed that if you can find something in every day to enjoy, and treat every day as a bonus then that is a good strategy - even if you are a well person. Congrats and good wishes.
