Thoughts on condition of watch movement (photos)

I'm currently looking at a watch purchase and have become a little concerned having received photos of the movement. What are peoples thoughts?

Maybe some moisture damage? Still looks like a nice column wheel chronograph movement

Yeah, I couldn't tell if it was rust or just some discolouration. Do you reckon it's anything to be worried about long term? I would have the watch serviced if I purchased it.

Have a chat with Nick – see what his thoughts are on its condition and whether it should be dismissed or grabbed with both hands.
