Should be illegal to do this to a perfectly good Rolex. Kind of similar to putting a slice of fruit into a perfectly good glass of beer.

Not a chance.
They all look completely lifeless and bland. Even if they are nice in their own way, their photography is really making the product look cheap and unappealing.

I think they look great but I am not in the market for one. While quite cool right now I don't think the trend will last.
They are able to do some very creative things with watches and I appreciate that. |

Not for me either. Blakey has some cool pieces in their vintage line, where they took old styles and updated them with new cases, engraved rehaut, etc. I could go for those modern vintage ones, but the black coating is not for me.
