A New Rolex for £200....

Would you buy a ticket for between £150 and £250 to enter a draw for a brand new Rolex if there was only a total of 60 tickets for sale?
The price of the ticket would depend on the value of the watch in the draw.

People do it and people do buy tickets.
Depends what people you hang around as to if you can sell all tickets.
Sounds similar to the Bonus Ball raffles that go on with Cars and Watches.

Less than 2% chance of winning. I wouldn't do it. I would rather have a nice dinner and a bottle of scotch for that amount.

Unless the watch was worth more than £15,000 then the implied odds are neutral so not worth the price of the £250 ticket.

Agreed. Maybe spend the change on a lottery ticket

Run away at max speed. Damn slim chance of winning. Better chance if you drop a few quid at the local slot parlor.

I thought it was a quite a good idea lol, maybe the price could of been lower but the amount of tickets I thought was low enough to give a good chance.

There are three kinds of people in this world.

Those that can count and those that can't.

I would do it for charity without any expectation to win as I never seem to be that lucky :)
