Where can one get an extra pin rod and screw 42mm Ceramic Diver

One of my screw heads fell off the rod...where can I get a replacement?

Someone awhile back had his watch fall off the strap while biking. Wonder if this hints at some flaw in the design.

I'm thinking I may have not tightened the screw hard enough when changing straps.

I’m sure if you explain the situation to Clearwater, they’ll send you a replacement.
It’s always good practice to check over screws periodically to ensure they haven’t backed off.
