I didn't play it cause I'm in bed and my wife is sleeping but my guess Is that the video atop the article was made in 2014 and the article was written today.

Edit: the article has gotta be old. The street value is outdated and the data is all up to 2013.

its a recycled article due to the auction coming up. There are a few other articles about it on there more recently though. Its still relevant which is why its back at the top being highlighted.
