Icon9 Milgauss EASY LINK question ???

Hello to all, I just purchased a 2015 Milgauss blk. Question; When using the easylink and folding back or forth mine just seems to lay there, I thought it snaps or clicks into place. Is something missing, broken or out of alignment ?

I don't have a Milgauss; but my Daytona 116520 has Easylink and it does 'click' into place.

Does yours freely open and close with no hesitation? Might want to get that checked.
