I wore my wedding ring for almost 10 years and then after a resize it cracked but I still wore it. Then it got bent and the edge where it cracked started digging into my finger so I stopped wearing it. A few years went by and my wife bought me a titanium band and I've been wearing that for the past 10 years.

I don't think there's anything wrong with having more than one ring to signify that you're married.

My wife wears her wedding ring most of the time but sometimes she wears her Mom's ring on that finger instead. It doesn't matter to me either way. Her Mom's ring is a REALLY nice ring. It is too much to wear on a daily basis but she breaks it out every now and then when we go out.

By the way, I tried on a gold DD40 and really liked it, it is an absolutely beautiful watch. Personally, I'd probably buy it new from an AD. I just prefer buying new as I'm not very knowledgeable about fakes so I'd rather have the peace of mind of knowing it is the real deal... even if I have to spend $36k (of course, I'm going to haggle on that).
