In terms of pure watch-making skill, finishing, design - Lange is every bit the equal of Patek.

In terms of branding / marketing - Patek has an overwhelming advantage.

Had problems with 2 PPs, but so far I never have any problems with my Langes. IMO, finish wise?...Lange all day long!.
