YM40 on Vacation: 116622 + Sand = ?
I am headed to the beach for a few days, but would like to know how PCLs and the rotating, platinum bezel handle sand? I'm not concerned about swimming, as the watch does laps with me at the pool, but am not sure what sand may do. If just more of the "swirls" the watch is going to get anyway, fine. But should I expect more/different? I can take an OP39 instead.
Thanks for your thoughts, in advance! |

It can handle that and more. I took mine countless of times to the beach and even snorkeling, no issues whatsoever.

Don't give it a second thought. Just rinse it with fresh water at the end of the day. Enjoy your vacation!
