Yes, still have the PM pieces, this would be an added SS. I’ve tried the DSSD a couple times, just outside my range of comfort/size for my wrist

I meant if the NOS and a mint worn one were only a few hundred apart then I could see buying NOS. I would not however pay a big premium for a NOS watch that I knew I was going to wear as the premium paid vanishes the day you strap it on.

That’s a great observation, as the NOS, while almost the same price as the pre-owned BLNR, IS $900-$1200 more than some mint condition, complete 16600’s I’ve seen

I'm going to have to adjust and say nos is awesome but the premium is a bit steep if your going to wear regularly. Will papers have your name then? Man that AD has been sitting in that thing for a long time.

Was looking at the BLNR the other day and it is a very nice watch, I'd take it over any SD.

I voted SD. However, I think it’s silly to pay a ~2k premium for a NOS watch when one can be easily sourced in great condition.

BLNR by a mile.

You are overpaying by thousands for stickers on the SD if you will be wearing it.

Can't advise to do that.

If you have no other rolex diver the SD, otherwise the BLNR. Good luck.

I found the 16600 a little top heavy, so would likely go BLNR

I would not buy a watch to put in a safe, so the NOS premium here would be a waste for me...so, BLNR in this exact match up.

A. BLNR - Couple years old, excellent condition, complete package.

B. 16600 - “D” serial, NOS, still stickered, complete package.

Thanks all

16600. No question Richard. Why are you even asking!

It is the pinnacle of 5 digit professional line. To get one NOS is the icing on the cake.

Used BLNRs will be an easy pick up later down the line
