Is this watch a Rolex Princess model?

Hello, I saw this watch online and was wondering if this could be a Rolex Princess model? If it isn't, does anyone have a clue as to what model it is? I included the description and a photo below. Any feedback is appreciated. Thanks so much!

Rolex, a lady's 18 carat gold wristwatch, no. 69171, import mark for Glasgow 1930, manual wind movement, 17 jewels, timed to 6 positions, gilt dial, Arabic numerals and baton markers, blued steel sword hands, snap back, case, dial and movement signed, on an unsigned black satin strap, width 15mm.
