Hello - anyone knows if in Chicago there is any good pre-owned watches store with good selection of Patek?

You could try Razny Jewelers. Chicago, Highland Park, & Addison IL. They are an AD but maybe they sell some pre-own. Ask for Sally Salcena in Highland Park. 847-432-5000.
I purchased a new 5712 last year from them. They were very nice to deal with. Tell her I sent you.

I was there about two weeks ago, they didn’t have any in stock then, and the last time they said that had one was about April. This was the Oak st location.

As others have said, very nice people to talk with...

(Full disclosure) I was a street walk-in after a 2 hour Chicago river ride so a little scruffy looking at the time, but we talked for about thirty minutes about the state of the Watch world, and such, so it was pretty clear I wasn’t just a lookie loo.
Plus I was wearing an AP diver (which either helped or hurt lol).
