congrats, I was for sure looking at the NATO but the brown leather gives it really nice contrast. No so keen on the bracelet version.

Yeah I picked up one too. I couldn’t resist. It’s just as nice as my 16710.

I got mine in June, but when I spoke to the brand embassador in London, she told me that they are not releasing any more for a while and will be raising the price for Christmas.

I Tried to order 58 and GMT from AD told
Email answer
So with both watches there is a wait - the GMT is probably going to be around June time now as we have that many pre-orders for them
and Nov/Dec for BB58

And this is a shop that I bought a Tudor from last month a BB32 in blue for the wife and have dealt with in the past

How/Where does one come across a Brand Ambassador? Where can he/she be found?

Did they give any ideas on why no more are being released and why the price is being raised?

Are people finding these models are readily available at US ADs? I've been to 4 of my local ADs and have only seen 1 BB58 and 0 BB GMTs.

Been to 3 ADs - all are just working through lists for both 58 & GMT. They never hit the case.

I‘ve been offered one two weeks ago, but passed. I was a bit surprised about the call, as I didn‘t exactly call them on day one (not even in the first two or three months) and never did any business with them.

I went to a nearby AD that had 2 Tudor GMTs in stock... one on bracelet and the other on leather. Tempted but passed on them.

My AD has just put an instagram story on saying now in stock, GMT.

Messaged them straight away said how many have landed, their response was these are all allocated for.....

My response was yes I know.. I'm one of the allocations.

Fingers crossed I get a call in next few days.

Such a photogenic watch! I’ve got my blue Milgauss on today and after seeing these pics I wish I’d worn the GMT! They really hit a home run with this one.

Thx

It's worth the wait! Of course those with the date-wheel issue are certainly singing a different tune (and rightfully so) but I'm hoping that Tudor has since resolved the issue with all units just /about-to-be delivered. One thing's for certain is that no AD has an overstock of these, particularly the ones with the river bracelet.

I went to pull the trigger on one about two weeks ago. I was between this and a BLNR. I had read about some date issues here and there as well. We tested the date change while in the AD and it actually stuck and wouldn't change. Needless to say I passed and am glad I did since I grabbed a BLNR from them last week.

Wow, smart move (to test it). It wouldn't have helped me as mine functioned flawlessly for over thirty days, running continuously. And then it happened...

It's headed back to the AD tomorrow but I enjoyed it today in the spirit of #TudorThursday
