Trying this bad boy. If anyone sees this beer, buy it! 100% of the proceeds goes to helping those who were affected by the Camp Fire here in Northern California. I grew up in that area and a lot of my friends’ houses were destroyed or their places of work were destroyed in Paradise.

Good to know. I’ll definitely pick some up if I see some.

That is very generous of them. I have been looking for a reason to give their beer another try, this will do nicely.

They brewed this at a few of the local breweries. It was a great idea the recipe was shared to anyone who wanted to brew it and support the cause.

A few tasty finds last week:

A very tasty DIPA from Belching Beaver,

A Milkshake IPA, which if I'm being honest I enjoy to begin with, but I am certainly not looking for a second,

King Harbour,

Modern Times,

I am SO ANTI IPA.

I just don't get the attraction. Almost all of my friends are the same way. Lagers, Ales, Stouts, and Sours are my go to's. There is not an IPA out there that I can even tolerate.

Bleh!!

That is all. Enjoy this thread.

Yup. Most variants of the Bomb! have some sort of chili pepper in the recipe. They make really, really good stouts.

Southern Tier is only a few hours from my house. They make some pretty good stuff and its been a staple of local taps in my area since before all this craft beer went nuts. Now we have a new brewery opening every month lol
