16710 Pepsi to go?

I am thinking to let one of these go. The 2 Milgauss actually get most of wrist time. The 2 Daytonas including 1 Patrazzi dial and 1 creamy dial are probably keepers. The 116600 should stay too, so perhaps the 16710 Pepsi should go. The Pepsi also rarely get worn. How would you think?

I would keep the 16710 and let the black dial Daytona go. Having said that, why not keep the Pepsi? The GMT rounds off your collection nicely. Do you really need two Milgausses?

The choice must be yours and yours alone. Sweet collection BTW!

That looks like a Patrizzi dial 16520 to me. I would not let that one go.

I have to say from a diversity point of view the 16710 deserves a place in this collection. Even the white milgauss seems to be One of OP’s favorite, i have to say the looks of it sits far behind the white Daytona. I would actually let the white milgauss go

I’d let go of the Milgauss GV, but I think that you should let go of the GMT based on what you’ve shared with us.

Do you need the money for something else? If not, why let any go?

Just feel want to trim down the collection (beside these I also have a 5513, a Hulk and a 116900) and use the money for other needs. I can also let the Milgauss or AK go, but these days I wear them often. I also like the 16710 but rarely wear it these days.

Looks like a regular 16520 to me,

certainly nothing like a 'Patrizzi'

The black Daytona has been with me 20 years. The Milgauss are growing on me.

Not for any specific needs actually, but sometimes I feel I keep too many watches for me (not compared with some other members who may have a much large collection) and want to cut down.

Absolutely not a Patrizzi, that’s just a normal age related fade from being a safe queen. Standard variety Daytona.

I asked my wife which one should go, and she said the Pepsi due to its bi-color insert. What’s a reply.

Milgauss do nothing for me. But all about your preference. I’d hold onto that 16710 though unless you have no love for it any more

No, I wouldn't do that under any circumstances. If one had to go, it would be one of the Milaguass, for me.

Rolex hit it out the park with the new ceramic models, larger cases and upgraded braclets. Since most of Ops collection is newer collection id go newer and better gmt blro... my .02

I can’t imagine the Milgauss getting more wrist time, but if you are truly not wearing or appreciating it, time to let it go.

I'd let the Milgauss go but I've never been a fan of
the Milgauss...

The 16710 is my favorite in your collection, but it is your collection. Try wearing the Pepsi for a week. If you still don't like it, then move it on. The prices for them have gone up so much the past few years; you should get a good price.

Definitely Keep the GMT, probably let one of the milgauss go in my opinion.
The black dial Daytona is a zenith and don't let either Daytona go.
Once they've gone they've gone!

Very interesting take. Don't hear that very often on here. Just curious what makes you consider them gimmicky. I think most people would consider the 6 digits the most "gimmicky" generation.

I'm not a fan of the 116520 Daytona, so if it were me I'd let that one go. Not a bad time to get rid of the 16710 though with the prices they're going for.

You will regret selling the Pepsi.

The GV Milgauss is the one to go out of the bunch.

What i mean, is the cheap flimsy bracelets and bezels. Picking up a 16710 or a newer blro or a 16610 vs a new 116610 sub you right away feel a difference. There is no way the 6 digit models feel gimicky. The new watches finally feel like what a rolex is perceived to be...quality.
