Some more bird pictures
During the summer we don't get many birds visiting, with the exception of terns, curlews and some waders. I was lucky enough to get pictures of some of these today.
A white-cheeked tern with weed in it's bill. An aptly named redshank. A eurasian curlew

Very nice
The white-cheeked tern with weed in it's bill and the water at the legs - nice shot just wished there would have been more light to capture the wing feathers and the eurasian curlew is a terrific picture, well balance. Great pictures !

Most people think we get great light here for photography but the truth is there's hardly any definition in the light due to the amount of dust in the air. Our skies are mainly grey and there's not a cloud around.
