Aquanaut Strap Costs and Fit

What would an AD charge for a new black rubber tropical strap for a 5167? Also, what is the cost for a steel bracelet?

Finally, will any of the blue rubber straps fit a 5167?

I believe it’s about 300 dollar for a strap.

Now I don’t think either the Advanced research blue strap or the 5168g strap fit. But I am open to be corrected.

This. But don’t know the cost of the steel deployant.

I’d also be interested in cost of the steel bracelet.

Deployant is $1300 and change. Ask me how I know

Got mine on bracelet so can’t answer that. 1.5 link was almost $200 though.

I can tell you the move is to buy on bracelet and order the rubber / deployant. I call it the expediency tax of getting your aqua before all the rubber guys as they wait

This....^^^.....

As I mention many time is to buy 5167/A bracelet version then buy the rubber strap with the deployant later if you want it......

If you buy 5167 on rubber you can't not buy the bracelet for it later...

Hope this help.....

Yeah, haven't seen anything that supports that. Unless you are buying a $40 rubber strap off ebay from China. Which I guess gets the look...

I saw this photo on one of the threads here. I don't remember the thread title and who posted the photo and would really love to copy this configuration on my 5164

I showed this photo to my local AD here and he told me that patek won't allow them to order 5650 strap for 5164 and showed me the book of all strap models and there it clearly says that 5164 has smaller lug width than 5650 and won't fit. Very strange!

On the above picture of the 5164A with the 5650 strap you can see a little gap between the curvature of the case and the lugs. That's caused by the strap being slightly too wide for the lug width.

The brown strap from the R however matching well to the hue of the A.

It's weird because if you do look through the catalogue, they have so many options for the ladies Aquanaut

Steel aqua looks really good on brown!
I mounted the black on my 5167/r
Brown on steel looks better than black on gold I think though....

Great photo. So how did you manage to get the 5650 strap? From AD or through another channel?
