Advise on a pre-owned 214270 MK1

If you have made it this far, you're a saint! My question is the 214270 MK1 they have priced at $5200 and they said they will give me a 2 year house warranty. What are your thoughts on this price? I'm going to buy my wedding bands there as well, do you think they will work with me a little on the price?

I see your from CNY, I'm from up here by the Syracuse area as well. When I bought my sub last May from Henry Wilson the case was stocked. Last time I went in it was all two tone and PMs.
