Been using a basic Jura for around 8 years now and on Saturday morning my 5 year old daughter thought she would be nice and make the wife and I coffee. She managed to break the machine after making me an 8 shot espresso.

It was time for a new machine and William Sonoma had the Z6 on clearance for $2,200. Still have a couple left at South Coast if anyone is interested. Really loving getting to tweak all the fine details of our favorite drinks and saving them as favorites. Must have had 10 cups of coffee yesterday trying all the options.

Nice! Tough to beat a nice freshly ground pour over. I’ve been all about espresso lately but I use to do mainly press pot.

I find certain beans are really greasy(especially the flavored ones) so I do mine as I stated. With regard to the milk cleaning I do it weekly w/ the powder mixed w/water.
Thank you for the detailed response! Products will be ordered ASAP

Nice Juras and Rockys too gents. Really nice machines
