I think the OP left out part of the story. The deal is that if he gives the AD the profits from the DkyD, they sell him a Daytona. Then he sells the Daytona but if he gives the AD those profits they sell him a BLRO and a BLNR. He is basically their best salesman since he's the only one allowed to sell over list price.

If OP’s story is true then DavidSW, Thanh Do, SohAIS Etc, owe a TON of money back to their AD’s.

Interesting story if “true”Rolex should stop bullying AD’s ,we live in a capitalistic society not a socialistic one . This is the reason Rolex has prospered .

If this was even remotely true do you know how many dealers would get penalized or shut down? Where do you think all of the flippers get their watches? It would actually be nice if Rolex cared about this stuff so we can have some normality! (But of course the store demanding you give them your profit couldn't make sense in any possible universe).

I would bet DSW owes some AD’s a nice little kickback.

The AD say you can pay the profit back in target or iTunes gift cards or you’ll go to jail?

Yesterday my ad calls me saying Rolex contacted them about me flipping the watch and they are pissed. They want me to return the watch or the profit I made from it. The dealer said after the Daytona watch I can't buy any Rolexes from them and Rolex has put that dealer on a list.
...maybe I am missng something here.....but how did Rolex know what they saw on Craiglist or Ebay was actually the OP's watch given that no number etc was shown?
