Patek Philippe - Can anyone recognize this model?
An old friend of mine has got an amazing collection of grand complication Patek Philippe, Vacheron, Rolex watches. He has also got this while he lived in New York in the 1970's. Does anyone happen to know which model that would be? Apparently it was a very limited edition watch!
