Congrats, beautiful big boy watch, I don’t see anything wrong with it but as others have mentioned if it bothers you, then send it back to the seller.

This is what I was thinking. Could this be how WG patinas? I know my RG DD to have patina pretty quickly after a year of storing it regularly in a glass display case.

No issues have been flagged so I don't see what there is to be worried about.

Old rose gold jewelry might get yellower ( that’s why Rolex created everose , and old yellow gold jewelry might get patina, that can be cleaned. https://www.bobswatches.com/rolex-bl...%20red%20color.

What’s the weight of the DD? As others have said, take it to a RSC and eliminate all doubt.

I see none of what they are saying from the AD. Looks like WG. Don't see any discoloration that they state. Congrats and enjoy!

Honestly, I would ignore the SA and enjoy the watch. Color perception is totally subjective and there’s no universal standard for what a color should look like. Physiology, age, genetics, lighting, and even differences in background and culture can all impact how someone perceives color. Metallic colors are notoriously perceived differently due to glossiness, highlights, and reflections.
My guess is you’d even see some subtle variation if you had a bunch of them from the same production run all lined up in the same place at the same time. You’ve done more diligence than most. I think you’re good. (oh, and you can pretty much ignore any feedback based on people looking at it on screen. that's useless when it comes to judging color unless you're in a very controlled and calibrated environment.) OP, looks like you posted the pics from the listing. Do you have any pics of the watch you received?

Looks ok to me. How big of a deal you got? There are quite a few good grey dealers on this forum that perhaps could get you one for about the same price and they will guarantee it’s authenticity
