I got 10% off a "hot" model recently at an AD without even asking.

I'm kind of in this camp as well. For that money, why not a rolex (even used)? I get tudor as a "value" brand, but this... a hard no for me

I would only pay retail. However, just not for that Tudor. Maybe negotiate the retail price on that model.

If I liked it, yes, without question. But not my thing for sure.

No. I would not and they have continued to take price increases. I would look at the Omega Seamaster 300 in a similar type of metal on a strap. That watch can be found at significant discounts.

I agree. I have the BB 925 and I only wear it on the NATO. I think it looks ridiculous on a leather strap.

You know, I got to try this on at a Tudor event last year.

I really liked the watch, but for me, Tudors fill a niche in the collection...and I didn't feel the vibe of this one fitting in.

So, to answer your question, I probably wouldn't buy it, period.

I wouldn't pay anything for it as it's just not my taste.
I'm sure someone would though.

In person it's actually a really nice piece. Previously I was like others here, in as much as I thought it just wouldn't work, but then I got to try one on at a Tudor event, and I was surprised by how much I actually liked it. (It could certainly use a deployant clasp though IMO)

That said, I wouldn't buy it myself as I'm just not a fan of aluminium inserts these days, and if I did I wouldn't pay retail for it. Sub-£10k and it'd be a great piece IMO.

No.

With gold at € 1800 per Oz I think it would be appropriately priced at mid 7K. And even then, it would be stretching it. I really, really love the colour and brushed finish. But not enough to own it at any price point above 4-5K, or even 3,5K realistically speaking and all hype aside.
There are waaaay too many other, more interesting and compelling options at the same or much lower price brackets.

not at MSRP for sure, but there should be some margin baked into it so they can discount it if they really want to move it
