Finally arrived...

I actually didn't need to wait too long, I was the 3rd on the list and apsolutly love the way it looks and wears. I have many Rolexes, including a white and a black face SS Daytona and this by far is my new favorite one.

There is only one disappointment, that is, when I compare this to my Black face non Ceramic SS Daytona, the only difference is the ceramic bezel, the face is the same. Has anyone noticed any differences in the non Ceramic Bezal Black SS Daytona when compared to the new SS Ceramic?

I actually prefer the look of the Black face Ceramic over the White face Ceramic, although at least Rolex made the obvious diffamce in the face of the white. Might ask to be put on the list for the White Ceramic as well.

Anyway, love the watch.

I mean don't quote me on this, but I believe mechanically the watch is the same as the previous generation Daytona, the only difference with the newer one is the ceramic bezel and newer clasp. Perhaps other experts can chime in.

The silver subdial ring is more matte now. Rolex script is not as tight.

^This, I was going to say the same thing.

Congrats on the pickup man! If you go to DavidSW's YouTube channel I think he has a video where he shows the new and old Daytona dial side by side, it gives you a good look at what they changed. Wear it in the best of health

Thanks all, I would agree, instant classic. Just hope they keep down production as they did with the past Daytonas.
