It has the new style bracelet so it has the Sold End links and the center links are pretty much solid aside from the space needed for the pins as far as I know!

Congrats on a great DJ - I love that dial!
BTW, why are some of the date numbers red and some black?

It's called a roulette date wheel - it alternates red and black

Ah, thanks for the info. Never quite understood the "roulette wheel" reference.

Glad you're enjoying it so much, Brandon!! It looks absolutely beautiful!!

My wife catches me often gazing at the Rolex I'm wearing while stopped at a traffic light. She then has to yell at me to get a move on as the light has turned green, but I'm still gazing at my watch!!

I can't top that as I ride the TTC to work everyday BUT I do catch people staring at me as I appear to have been trying to read what time it is for over 5 minutes lol

Sometimes I wonder how slow people must think I am hahah

Nice choice and enjoy your watch!

Would love to see a picture of it! Feel free to post it in my thread - it's not hijacking if it's a similar watch

I take it you have the silver dial? I was looking at that one first but I was concerned about readability in bright light - how do you find it?

Since I've got the TT model, the silver dial goes nicely with the 18K hands, hence readability it's not an issue and contrast level is good, but perhaps my eyes are still sharp enough (still below 30 yrs old)

The steel/slate dial in my daytona is a bit harder too see though, in my opinion...

Would love to post pics, but I'm currently in bed with my wife and it is dangerous to take pics of the DJ, hope you understand what I meant by that, hahaha!
