This

The LV price will eventually come down. All SS models are riding the superficial hype wave. Go the full PM route. You can always get the LV in future. The old BLNR prices have shot up even after the new BLNR because the majority prefer it on the oyester bracelet.

Count me in the TT camp. I owned both and prefer TT for this reference. I know, it’s weird

However I saved up a little more and flipped a couple of my steel watches for PM and no longer care or think about the sub LV anymore. Stainless at $15k is do-able but it will never feel like $15k of a watch.

Also while all the Stainless Steel Rolex watches are over msrp most of the PM watches can be had at under MSRP. Which would you rather have? A Good Overall Deal - under MSRP with no tax on a precious metal watch? Or overpay on MSRP for a SS?

For me the choice is clear- Full Everose CHNR..
I had the Sub LVc. Moved it and a few others for a full YG Sub.
Agree fully. With full PM on the wrist I no longer have the itch for the Hulk.

Curious about this. From your personal experience, what made you gravitate more towards the TT variant versus the full RG model? Is it partly due to the increased "contrast" you get from mixing steel and RG?

Not partly, fully

The rose gold from R is more reddish than others and I found it just too much for my tastes. Now mix in half that color along with the ss and now you have a beauty. And 20plus for something else.

I’ve decided with Rolex Rg I pretty much need another color / metal in there. Preferably Daytona on OF, now that may work just fine

You will absolutely love the 715. If you get the full gold CHNR, you will find it hard to wear anything else.
