Seeking info for Montblanc Noblesse Oblige BP
I have been looking for MB BP to match my Meisterstuck 144 FP and became interested in Noblesse Oblige.
I’m aware that Noblesse is not in the class of Meisterstuck but I like the sleek and slim design of Noblesse. So far I’ve looked at few Noblesse and noted that they don’t seem to have any origin marking of “Germany” or “W-Germany”. Also they do not seem to have any serial# either. The only marking on the pen seemed to be “MONTBLANC - NOBLESSE - OBLIGE” on the middle gold band. Is this correct for Noblesse? Is Noblesse made out of the same precious resin as Meisterstuck? What will be the fair price for pre-owned Nobelesse? Any other info of Noblesse Oblige is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Sorry Joji, I've not followed the Noblese line much.
I usually see mint Noblese BP advertised at approx US$100-120 range. As for the markings, have you inspected the underside of the clip? In many modern MB's, they put a "Pix" mark on the underside of the clip. P.S. The Noblese line started in approx 1973 as a "slim line". See http://montblanc.parkerpens.org/montblanc.html |

Kai, thanks for your help.
All the Noblesse that I've looked at so far does not have any "Pix" marking. It appears that marking strategy for Noblesse is different from that of Meisterstuck. I'll try to pick pre-owned for $50 range and use it as my "Beater Pen".
