Hello everyone!

Can anyone tell me about this 3359? It's not currently running. A local jeweler told me it's authentic, likely dates to the 1940s, and that it has been modified (second hand in the inset dial rather than the original sweep second hand). I'm not inclined to have it repaired at the moment.
