Over the years Rolex has used many materials for the dials ranging from wood to semiprecious stone, to precious metal. But most dials are just brass base metal, and just painted with laser printed fonts, post a picture of your watch.

Brass as a base metal and then painted, but I got my doubts with your watch dial looks like a replica.

Thank Padi56 for that info.
How about those hands and marker around the face also make from brass also.
I heard from my friend, all Rolex Watches hands make from either yellow or white gold.
I not sure about that? I just know little bit about Rolex's, that watch a gift from my uncle almost 3 years already and I never bought any Rolex watch by my ownself.

Friend of mine has an Air King (non COSC) same dial. He said the dealer caled the color "Rose". Well I guess Pink=Salmon=Rose..

As far as the hands etc. I have been told that all Rolex watch hands numbers etc are solid gold..18K white gold in the case of my sub

The crowns off center and too high on the dial, the magnification is not right, the dial is skewed and misprinted.. I'm a novice and I can see it's wrong.

The Rolex silk screen machine must have broken down and they imported in some Artisan from China armed with Sharpie....

But the Jetlag and compression must have caused his hands to shake...

Did you buy it used or new from an AD? If it's from an AD then the printing etc. could just be a mistake.

Here he claims it's his watch but in another thread he says it's his sisters.

Faizal,

The watch in the photos you posted is a fake/copy watch. And a very poor fake at that.

Sorry if you did not know, but that's the fact.
