This is going to be next to impossible to say. Unless someone has some SERIOUS
rolex catalogs from the 30s and 40s. I do know that there where these type of clasp rolex leather bands but they were all special to a specific watch.

My gut says yes its real probably circa 40s. Recently the 116518 daytona had a clasp like this on a crock band.

I'm not 100%, but the quality looks a bit off. The crown is crappy and the pin is too big. Also the leather (on the back) has a very cheap look to it.

Also, I can't believe a real clasp and strap would only be $120. I would think the strap would be at least $120.

I think the clasp is just showing its age it probably 60 years old. It has the correct round buckle lock. Its crock not leather witch is correct. Although he is claming its new. I think he means new condition if you look at his store he has a lot of NOS Rolex bands. Wow where did he find these?

Another sign that these are fake, or aftermarket as some seller likes to refer to.

Your correct, this guys selling fakes. This clasp style band was made to look vintage with a patina look. I also belive it is a faithful copy of the original.

I purchased a Tudor Rolex buckle from that seller last year. It was 16MM taper old style Rolex band. I flipped it or gave it away or something.
