This is disgusting

My wife went to start dinner yesterday when she noticed something not right with the ham. She asked me what it looked like, in the packaging.

No question it's a hair inside. We took it back, and will be emailing the good people at Schneider's. Yuk!

Ewwwww.
They will replace it for you.
Now, If you were in the US, I bet you'd be trucking right on down to your lawyers office

that is pretty disgusting. They should give you more than just a free ham for that... I'd think they'd give you something a bit bigger lol.

Well she took it to Loblaws (large grocery chain here) and the store didn't replace it. They took her name and co-ordinates and said they would contact their Schneider's rep who would contact us.

She's going to email them and attach the photo today, so it'll be interesting to see what their response is. I'm sure they'll come back with a pretty large offer to appease, particularly since she'll be emailing from her office, which is a large quasi-gov't food marketing agency.

I'll keep you abreast of the situation as it develops.
