I would take a good guess at your watch being from 1963. It's hard to put a value on this watch, not seeing the condition that it's in. Vintage usually sells for whatever someone is willing to pay for it. Here is a picture of a similar 1963 De Ville, in pristine condition. Hope this helps you out a little.
