How to spot fake Burberry Check ties made easy

Hey guys, I made this after trying to shop for an authentic CLASSIC Burberry check tie, and couldn't find one on ebay.
Of course, be wary since people can use the authentic pics from official retailers and send you a fake, just check it against the authentic pieces.

Fake Burberry ties have run amuck on ebay and the web.
Please look at the pattern of the genuine Burberry Check Tie.
Authentic pic from Nordstrom's site.
Here is the classic check tie.

The new line of authentic burberry check ties look like this, way bigger pattern.

Let's go back to the classic ones.
One of the things in the pattern, you will notice that it has a black line, then a white line, a black line in the center, then a white line, then another black line.

We will call this the BlackWhiteBlackWhiteBlack Pattern (BWBWB)

Now, pay attention to where the BWBWB pattern starts near the tip of tie.

Notice how the there is a full BWBWB pattern just a little above and parallels the right edge of the tie.
And notice that the BWBWB pattern starts in the middle of it's pattern, on the Black middle line, which is parallel to the left edge.

Compare this against the offical burberry pics.
You cannot save their pics from their site, but here is burberry's official site to check the pattern against.

Now, let's look at some fake patterns.
Look near the tip.
See how the pattern starts near the top of one of the BWBWB
pattern?

Now, the BWBWB pattern starts in the correct spot on the right side, but notice how it's missing the BWBWB pattern on the left edge.

And here is some cheap ones from chinese sellers, be wary if you every see this package with cufflinks and other crap.

Hope this helps!
