Omega 200 pre-Bond

I know this isn't a Rolex but I can't decide if I should report it.

It looks like a nice pre-Bond Seamaster. The sellers feedback is a decent 150+ 100% positive. He's sold some other pee-Bond Omegas in the past.

So I asked him a few questions and he gave me some reasonable responses. But one response is problematic. The picture of the watch movement is the exact same picture as one from 2009 I found on another watch forum. I asked the seller if the picture was of the actual watch being sold and he said:

Yes it is the movement of this watch. I know that the lighting is different, but that is because it was taken at my local watchmaker, as I don't have the case opening tool. It is definitely the movement of the watch being sold.

I have a feeling his nose may have grown a bit on that one. I'm not going to bid on it and I've sent an email to the seller to let him know about my concern. But I can't decide if I should report it or not. The watch itself doesn't look fake to me but that's assuming that the pics are of the actual watch. Clearly the one of the movement is not, unless he's also the person who posted the picture on the forum in 2009. I'm waiting to hear back from him but eBay australia is notoriously slow for getting items removed and this one should sell for over $1k in the end.

What do you guys think?
