GREAT news for TX!!!!!

My AD just told me they have been granted Rolex Boutique status! They will have to move to a larger location and will become the only Boutique from the US-Mexico border to Dallas.

This means larger inventory and shorter lead times for new watches.

Sorry, can not disclose name/location until they announce it.

A Boutique owned by an AD???? That does not meet the business model of a Boutique.

That's how Rolex does it, they have local AD run it for them. Mayor's runs the one in Orlando. I can tell you that it is really nothing special.

Boutique usually gives Zero discount and smaller ADs nearby are eliminated. But you get to see bigger selection.

Are they doing away with ADs then? Or will complement the existing ADs?

Doesn't seem like a big win for you, but as long as you're happy.
I'd rather be able to play 3 ADs off each other. Works for cars too.

It looks like Rolex is 'teaming up' with its best AD's to do Boutique status.
