Blagging some freebies from RSC

just wondering if anyone has tried blagging any freebies from their local RSC when collecting a watch after service.....pens, hankies etc

Good luck ... pigs may fly .. blue moon .. till the cows come home . They are not known for their generosity . You could get a catalogue with price list out of them , but not much more .

I tried on buying and got zip zero, attitude was that I was lucky that they had a the watch in to sell me, I have bought a couple since then and get treated a little better now, but don't hold your breath!

not from an AD,he's picking it up from a RSC (service centre).

yep, and when i collect i might even push the boat out & buy a new 93150 bracelet so i figured throwing me a bone of say a pen, wallet perhaps is neither here nor there, but it sounds as though they may tell me

i did when i bought my GMT IIC asked for an anchor... got some rolex branded golf balls.

As I understand this is what they use when they return the watch to you after service (in some countries ).

I get an annual 'leather' calendar from my AD - about the size of a checkbook....actually...my wife gets it!

Even with my S$2200 repair (cost in excess of the actual value) with Singapore's RSC, i wasnt even given anything other than the standard leather pouch.

i called rsc in nyc spoke to some guy and requested a new catalogue he sent me 2 cleaning cloths as well
