Questions about service under warranty

Hi all, pardon the newbie questions here..

When sending for service under warranty, will Rolex accept a watch with perfect condition, but want to get it serviced just because a buyer insists on it (buyer want to ensure that everything will still work well)?

will Rolex accept that a 'darker' lume (compared with others on the same watch) is a defect and so they will service it?

will Rolex accept our requests not to polish / brush the bracelet and case?

Do they operate on the same rules worldwide, or it depends on the service centre?

Thank you!

The warranty has nothing to do with servicing its only if there is a mechanical fault with movement or a defect with the watch. There will always be very tiny sight variations with things like the lume as most are hand applied.Yes you can tell them not to brush case or bracelet but cannot understand why if its a modern day Rolex. And the same rules about servicing etc should be the same world wide

They will not service your watch unless there is something wrong with the watch. If it is minor and they can get away with fixing the issue and not have to service the whole watch, Rolex will. If the issue is so large that a service is a must, the warranty will get you a free service. I've heard of this happen in the past.
