Have anyone ever seen this Omega box?
Just bought this box. I know I've seen this box in sterling silver before and it dates to the early 1940's but never in Gold? Just curious about the box and looking for clues to get more detail about it. It seems to have these minor corrosion markes here and there in tiny specks
I've spent an hour or so researching and no luck in the box and color combo this appears to be. |

Nope. Looks weird with no place to secure a watch.

These old boxes where made, so that you could remove the watchholder and use the box for cigarettes/tobacco.
Would be great if they made metal boxes like that today. |
