The forum is showing the time that you have in your settings on your PC.

I'm showing the correct time but possibly a few centuries behind you M.

Tell us exactly where Mickey's little hand is right now?

My computertime is 9.59 and the forumtime is 4.59 = 1 hour off.

PS. At this time of day I'm sure you know where Mickey's hand is (or should be).

No it shouldn't.

You have an option to set it to any timezone in the world and I happen to want it set at EST for several reasons.
