Tried on several APs today
Well stopped by Govberg in Philly today and hit up the second floor with the good stuff after looking at the Rolexes, Balls and Cartiers on the bottom floor. I'm beat but I tried own 5-7 AP, some VC PP, Roger Dubois, and a Brietling tourbillon. I'll elaborate tomorrow but catching the Zzzs now. Just wanted to share before bed.

Oh yes. I hope the AP elves are building my watch in a small cabin high in the alps. Or in their state of the art factory. Lol. It's over now. AP for sure. Bad thing is now I have a $17k ladies DJ to buy. My fiancé wants nothing to do with watches and tried on more than me today and is in love. Guess I gotta buy a RG pearl master before I buy the AP but I'm so happy she's in love I can handle it. I keep telling her that citizen isn't cutting it with $40k of diamonds. Now at least her watch will match.

Well here's the story. Stopped by for a quick visit and ended up staying a hour. Tried on YG Sub, DD, TT GMT, and a few others. My fiance probably tried on 10 DJ combos before she picked out one. Then we went upstairs. Even though the TI AP ROO wasn't the watch I want it was my favorite of all the watches under $30k. I loved the Vacheron Constantin Quai de I'lle date. It's amazing. The Patek Wold time and annual calendars were so beautiful. The Breitling Tourbillon was very neat as well. I've always respected Rolex but after trying on some of those it's not even close. I would've loved to leave with an AP yesterday but it will come soon.
